What we collect

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and give you a quote, and, if you go ahead, to carry out and certify the work. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.

Our legal basis

Our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and, where you become a customer, taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you.

Who else handles your data

  • Web3Forms, which securely delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • hCaptcha, which we use to block spam on our forms. hCaptcha may collect information about your device and browser to check you're human, under its own privacy policy and terms.
  • Our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.

These services may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep job records and certificates for as long as needed for legal, insurance and regulatory reasons.
